Ordering online was easy, the items shipped and were received on time. One items had to be changed. I was contacted by phone missed the call but they immediately follow up by email to adjust the order. The order was intended to ship to the school when I highlighted that the original order was to be delivered home it was corrected without a problem. This is when things don t go exactly as per plan that you can judge the readiness and the service level. This year Raphael U team was excellent!!!! Thank you.

Excellent customer service. The in-store staff and manager went out of their way to resolve a complicated order that was part online, part home delivery and part in store exchange. No issues and good attitude.
Good service, excellent quality of uniforms, today I recovered the uniforms at school and everything was organized and there were no problems! it took less than 5 minutes to have my order.
No stars...horrible location. No signage. Terrible experience
