My daughter started attending this daycare in Jan 2020 right before the lockdown. When they reoppened they’ve decided to stop special activities for safety issues, but they kept on charging us 44/day. When we reached out to the owner she claimed that they are using the amount to cover the extra daycare's expenses for disinfection and cleaning, which is not our responsibility as parents but it’s theirs. On top of all, to make things worse, when I went to pick up my daughter's shoes after two months because they forgot to give it back on her last day and it is 30 min away, the shoes were terribly damaged, torn and worn, although they were brand new that my daughter barely wore for a couple of weeks.
