I purchased a wall mounted unit for close to 3000, the owner Georges Abaji made all kinds of promises and never delivered. Georges Abaji is a very dishonest person, he will say anything to get the sale but once he has your money don't expect anything from him. Very disorganized staff, constantly promising to do things on the phone, making appointments and cancelling at the last moment. STAY AWAY!

Purchased a unit in 2016 with a 5 year guarantee. The unit no longer worked and the compressor ran hot. They suggested fixes and we sent a qualified tech. 3 visits later, still not working. Not organized. Every time we called was as though it was the first time calling. They never returned calls. Customer went without AC for one of the hottest summers on record. Owner, Georges Abaji, is not honest and does not respect his clients. He eventually sent a tech to the site. They couldn't fix it. The tech suggested a sensor to be replaced, which he didn't have which could repair the problem or buy a whole new unit and have it installed on the spot at 3000. The original purchase price was half that. Regardless, this had a 5 year parts guarantee that was not honoured. In the end we wanted to replace the sensor and contacted Georges to purchase it on multiple occasions. He never returned our calls or emails. Do not buy from this company. They are not honest and left my client with a system that will have to be completely ripped out after less than 5 years of use.
