The staff was so welcoming, they immediately made me feel comfortable. Dr Hraibeh took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different procedures and helped me select the one that was best for me (facial injections). She took great care in vulgarizing the different medical concepts in order for me to understand what was going to take place. Her professionalism and knowledge were very reassuring throughout the entire process. What i appreciated most was that she did not try to rush the appointment. Not to mention that I was very satisfied with the results!

Dr Hraibeh is a very professional and very efficient doctor. The staff at the clinique is also very professional and have good attention to detail. Definitely recommend this clinique!!
I had very bad experience at Médisalus clinic , I took a consultation appointment for varicose veins treatment at 1st week of Jun ,the doctor advised me to come next week for injection , Next week I didn't receive any call , email,sms, for confirming the appointment , I called the clinic two times the morning of my appointment day to know the exact time no one is picking up !!! then I got a call from them telling me you have an appointment NOW are you coming !! I told them I need 20 min they told me sorry don't come we already have another patients.I asked the doctor to reschedule she told me she doesn't do this service in the summer , I asked for a refund for the consultation fees she said No .(I benefited Nothing from the consultation , and I need to go to another clinic and pay again to get it done ) and it's really weird that she accepts the consultation ''in the summer'' for varicose veins and she refuses to do the service because it is summer !!!!!!! I asked the doctor what about same service being done in hot countries !!! she replied this is my way !! The clinic has a very poor admin and coordination team , and the reason for not rescheduling me sounds weird especially the doctor knows I'm not gonna get exposed to the sun. The funny part that I called other clinics , they do varicose veins injections in the summer and like any other treatments they tell patients the precautions . I believe this clinic is collecting a lot of money out of the 100 consultation fees without doing real service to their patients .
Il y a quelques semaines j'ai été à une première consultation pour des renseignements . Mais cette soit disant docteur n'a pas été très gentille, je dirai plutôt : \diplomate\ sur mes complexes. Je n'ai plus voulu y retourner. Car on ne rabaisse pas un patient! Je rajouterai à votre réponse que ce n'est pas un fake! J'ai pu trouver un super chirurgien esthétique à Montréal! D'ailleurs en lui ayant dit les remarques reçues sur les commentaires de l'époque, il avait été choqué. Ce n'est que vérité. Sur ce, bon courage .. Arrêtez d'écrire que mon avis est faux. Ce n'est que vérité . D'ailleurs comme écrit plus haut , j'ai trouvé un chirurgien qui a pu m'opérer avec de superbes résultats et qui ne m'a pas rabaissée comme je l'ai été chez vous! Sur ce bon week-end. Je continuerai à confirmer ma mauvaise expérience chez vous.
Aucun bon résultat même après 2 fois car après la 1ère fois il a bien vu que le résultat n'était pas là!!! Et pas mieux, pourtant j'ai suivi les consignes à la lettre. Beaucoup de sous pour RIEN
