We had an appointment at 2... they told us to come back an hour an a half later and when we got there... our dog did not got the cut and she was ON the table with no water... Our dog was traumatized... Worst place... if you want your dog to be mistreated, go there... I can't believe it happened to my poor doogy.
Products are overpriced...The only food they carry is Royal Canin, the worst food you could feed your pets beside grocery store brands. Heidi & Cie is the place to go for biologically appropriate food!
