I followed the directions for this product and steeped it in a cup, adding water the three times. I felt clarity and energy when using it which gave me good focus for a work task on one of the days I was trying it. The tea was super fresh and light tasting. The last cup was a bit weaker but I was using quite a big cup and drank it over the course of a whole morning usually. I then added the remnants of my last cup, leaves and some liquid to a smoothie. The smoothie tasted so light and fresh, it really made a difference. I really enjoyed this tea and love the benefits the freezing process adds.

I LOVE this tea! I love that when I drink (or eat!) this I know I am doing something exceptional for my body. I've recently started to experiment with using the cubes in different ways, so that I am getting all the goodness! Threw it in an omelet and got a thumbs up from my discerning hubby :)
I decided to try this product in an effort to get through the afternoon energy wall. After just a few days I am noticing improvement. I have used the cubes as steeped tea and use 1 cube for 3 cups in the afternoon. The second cup is definitely the tastiest. I've tried other green teas and find this is the smoothest and definitely freshest tasting brand.
I started to feel more energetic after consuming the Millennia TEA for only four days. I tried making hot green tea as well as blending it into my smoothie. Both ways turned out very refreshing. When mixing it in the smoothie, it turned my smoothie to a strong matcha green tea flavour. If you drink it hot, a little bit goes a long way. One cube can last you a whole day.
I really liked this product as a great substitute to loose leaf green tea or green tea bags. I drink my tea black and enjoyed the flavor of this tea - it has a strong and natural green tea taste. One cube lasted me all day with multiple refills of hot water and by the end of the day the flavor was still strong! I like how easy it is to take one cube out of the freezer, put it in my cup and pour hot water over it. I feel energized after drinking this tea and it is great that it is a raw product full of antioxidants! I would recommend anyone looking for a delicious raw green tea to try this product.
I love this tea! The quality of the product and the health benefits are unmatched, and our family loves the convenience of the fresh tea cubes! We brew them or toss them into smoothies or soups to get the extra antioxidants! I try to stay away from much coffee, so the healthy energy of this frozen tea is a huge added bonus!
This fresh green tea product was a great find! The fresh green tea flavour without the bitterness is something that really surprised me. The caffeine kick isn't huge but I do feel good knowing that a cup has some significant anti oxidants. It's pricey but worth the try.
I love the tea a lot, this tea is refreshing and unlike the normal green tea, this tea doesn't taste bitter. This tea is very convenience to use, leaves already packed into square cubes. Whenever I want to drink, I just open the cube, put it in my cup and add hot water. No need to measure, quick and clean. Besides, you can get three drinks out of one serving. This is cost effective. I have been consuming this products for four days, I am in love with it, it helps to reduce stress, improve my sleep and my intestinal health. Highly recommended.
