Took a very long time to arrive on scene, very grumpy dispatch, car was dropped off of the tow truck and refused to find a resolution. Staff and management very ignorant and unprofessional. If a bad review is made about the company they will harass you on the internet.

I went there on Saturday afternoon and saw a female at the office and she was really rude as hell, we only need a picture of my car for proof however she is giving comments unnecessary to the request. If ever you'll be needing a towing services I do not recommend this place for the employee doesn't show any professionalism. If zero star is an option I would give it to them!

My bike was stolen and luckily found however they could not release my bike due to the police being unable to find a vin number... police brought in a local insurance guy to locate vin that took over 2 weeks!! And now im stuck with an 800 dollar lot fee and tow bill and my machine sat outside in the bad weather aswell... garbage
