Ordered a bunch of stuff from there, the stuff that i received took a long time to get here, some of it was canceled without warning. I had an order that shipped partially and they said they would ship the rest when they got it, now its five months later and i still havent received it yet, i tried to call and they wouldnt answer the phone, i wrote an email to know what was going on and they flat out canceled the order without asking me anything. It was a nightmare dealing with the guys there, they were not helpful whatsoever, and like i said, they just canceled my order out of the blue

Je recherchais un produit qui n'était plus disponible en édition française en Europe Je suis donc passé par leur service. Très réactif et courtois par mail j'ai également reçu le produit plutôt rapidement (Deux semaines et demie en partant du principe qu'il était en rupture de stock chez eux et qu'ils ont du repasser une commande auprès de leur fournisseur). Le produit reçu était bien emballé et intact à la réception J'ai payé une trentaine d'euros plus cher le produit (frais de port inclus) ce qui reste je trouve plutôt raisonnable. Je recommande vivement !
