Extremely rude, ignorant reception and administrative staff. Especially “Chantal” and “France” at reception, who should not be in client-facing work positions, considering her consistent rude comments and poor attitude. Not an isolated incident. So rude every time I go in or speak to any reception staff over the phone. The one star goes out to Dr. Clement, who is a really fantastic doctor. Otherwise, I have not had a positive exchange with the staff at this clinic.

Terrible experience. Had to run after them for a whole week for them to send me my doctor's note through email. (Which i paid 15 for.) When you pay for a service you expect to get what you pay for.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Consistently pushing respect for the employees who have no respect for the clients. Makes them wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment, than an hour wait when you're there. 1 week wait IF they don't forget about you, for bloodwork. They overbook, don't have emergency doctors if your doctor isnt there, push for new patients then decline them, don't accept most insurances now, and if you cant wait for that appointment 3 weeks from now, go to the emergency or a walk in clinic? They just blocked my number, and left my husband's go on ring. VERY bad experience over the last couple of years. Not worth going in. Local using anonymous name.

I give 3 stars because of the lack of professionalism the receptionist has. She is rude to patients and not interested in giving appointments... yes not interested in giving appointments. ( at least the doctors are good and interested to help ). I have witnessed more than once now the receptionist saying there is no room for the next 2 weeks to either me personally or to other patients when I call or they call and when I show up in person suddenly there is tons of room available ( not addressing the same receptionist ). I am not naming the receptionist in question. I have no choice but to say that a receptionist that plays potentially with the health of patients by not giving appointments or arguing with them at a personal level how she feels about you is not healthy for anyone.
