I called this morning because there was water dripping in front of my fridge / freezer. A few hours after, a technician was already at my place, with the proper piece to fix everything. The service was professional and efficient, the technician explained what was happening and what the new piece will change. He even helped me clean afterwards. Highly recommended.

Needed my fridge repaired, they were the only company that could come the day I called and within a few hours as well. I can't speak French and they spoke very little English but it was no problem, communication was enough to get the job done quickly and I will go to Electro-Frigo again when in need. Excellent service.
Le technicien s’est présenté tôt le lendemain matin avec ses outils et son masque. Il a rapidement effectué la réparation du frigo en remplaçant le panneau de contrôle défectueux. Quelques jours plus tard, le technicien m’appel pour m’informer qu’il y a eu erreur sur le prix de la pièce remplacée. Le lendemain j’ai reçu un remboursement sur ma carte de crédit. Merci monsieur Thierry Dumais pour votre excellent service professionnel et votre honnêteté. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise de St. Hubert.
Mon problème était électrique, Thierry a su identifier le problème, nous indiquer comment le régler puisqu'il n'était pas de son ressors (la machine était correct, notre connexion électrique faisait défaut) et nous a chargé que pour son déplacement. Je vais définitivement garder ses coordonnés si jamais mes électros brisent dans le futur

J'ai une laveuse assez compliquée à démonter (ok... c'est une plaie, une vraie). J'ai reçu un service exceptionnel de Geray. Un technicien ultra sympathique qui travaille vite et est méticuleux : il teste, vérifie plusieurs fois. Rien à voir avec mes expériences avec des concurrents. Je recommande très fortement ! Personnellement, je ne compte plus appeler une autre compagnie !
