Just called this place. i have never ever spoken with someone that is so cold and rude. for sure wont be calling this dude back. and reading the past reviews it seems the man don't care about the bsms what so ever.

My review goes along the same lines already reported herein. Daniel Plante does not care about his clients or or anyone for that matter. He does not follow-up on anything, promise to do things by a certain date and does not live up to his words, nor does he call back to explain the situation. Most of the time I called, I was answered by a woman who in one instance called me back with another promise they did not live up to. Avoid! Go/call elsewhere.
8 months ago Plante Refrigeration came to replace an element in my dryer. The estimate was for 125. Final cost was 2 technicians where 1Istood and chatted to while the other worked. Final cost 472.99 plus 50 for the initial pass by. Last week it broke again - exactly the same problem. After 3 phone calls I finally got to talk to a tech who told me it was probably something else and they would have to pass by 50 and give me a diagnosis but there would be no good will gesture and whatever they would do the cost was mine. Shame on you Plante. You will never get any business from myself, my family or friends. This is the first of my media correspondence about your terrible service and PS: You need to tell the two technicians who came to my home that soap is not a luxury it is a necessity. Body odour should not linger when a person leaves the building. FB, Twitter, Instagram, Bell, Gazette watch for my media input. I had to give 1 star but it is really ZERO stars for you Mister Plante and employees. Greedy, sloppy and you stink too.
After 5 and a half weeks, I decided to get my AC unit back un-repaired. It came back disassembled and completely dis-functional. The coolant is leaking and basically it is now a 15 Kg brick. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They will screw you.
Éviter si possible.... Received an estimate of 125, the total came out to 440. They charged 50 just to drive to my house and then wanted to charge me for vacuuming the inside of my dryer. They charged me 80 for an 0.11 tension pulley. One of the gentleman had a severe hygiene problem as well. I wish I had read the other reviews first.
