This is the second visit I've had with this company. Recommended by a fellow condo co-owner. First my mesh balcony door kept falling off the tracks. They were able to fix it for a nominal fee. 2nd today, they replaced my thermal window because it was cracked. They show up on time. Taking off their shoes, without being asked. Gave me a 30mins heads up phone call that they were on their way. Cleaned up after themselves. Only thing, they are a unilingual French speaking company. So if you only speak English, you'll have a bit of a problem. But otherwise pleasant and professional.
