My cellar broken down after few years of uses, but got a very quick client service response. After few email exchanges I brought the cellar and they repaired it within 72 hours. I am very satisfied with the product and service.

The wine cellar has spoiled 1800 worth of wine, including a number of gifts that I was saving for a special occasion. Everything I have stored in this for more than two years tastes like sherry, and the corks have dried out. The wines that spoiled were expensive, age-worthy ones too: La Bastide Saint Dominique 2016; Campo Eliseo 2005; Kenwood Jack London 2012.
If I could give this company a 0* I would. It's a brand new wine cellar and it's at -16 degrees, the technician tried to fix it 3 times. It gets so cold that the wine freezes and bursts. If you want quality, this is definitely not for you. The President, also gives the worst customer service. I've e-mailed her several times, she just keeps sending the technician to fix it. I'm currently on repair #5. Don't waste your money, should spend a bit more and get a better quality cellar. I've never seen a company with so many bad google reviews before, it should tell you something!
Horrible customer service. Have waited over 8 months for a replacement for the rubber seal on our door that started to disintegrate. They continue to ignore all requests for the replacement even though we have sent all information and pictures to them that they requested.
