This shop is a gem! And I discovered it by luck when I'm searching for quotes to pull a dent on my car, to be covered by insurance. The shop owner is knowledgable, experienced and personable. Aside from a typical quote, he also discussed a possibility and outcomes of paintless dent removal and buffing in case I need to cover out of own pocket. As an auto mechanic hobbyist, I really appreciate this honest and no-BS attitude. It is particularly worth to mention that when I was in the shop, there was a finishing job of a major restoration on a quarter panel. Quarter panels are notoriously hard to restore due to sharp angles and curvatures over large areas. So it is usually more beneficial to a body shop to just replace it, charge a high labor cost to disassemble and reassemble, and call it a good pay day. I was very impressed that these folks took a harder route for themselves but a cheaper route for the customer. For this type of job, it takes strong expertise and self-confidence to opt for repair rather than replacement. I'm bringing my body shop needs to these folks.
