Please avoid this company at all costs!! We entered a contest at the beginning of the year and then called to tell us we won. From there they kept selling more and more addons that we needed to actually enjoy our time there. Something free ended up in them selling us tickets for over 300 of experiences. Then They disappeared for months, never responded to anyone, deleting Facebook posts calling them out. And now all of a sudden they reappear and are telling people they can buy and use tickets for 2021! Now that the season is over... they are just trying to scam more people out of their money and stop them from asking for a refund. Whatever you do, do not purchase any tickets or enter any of their scam contests. And if you already have purchased tickets for the 2020 season you couldn’t use, I recommend you reach out to your bank and ask for a charge back. And for RPM if you’re reading this - Karma will get you back. I feel bad for your employees and your customers who spent their hard earned money on your scam business. And if you delete this review, I have a screenshot I will be reposting taking to the media.

Do not waste your time or money with them. It's been months we're trying to contact them via email, calls for the upcoming season. They ignore everyone. What kind of company doesn't return or answer back to their exisiting or potential customers?! If you purchased tickets from them, call your credit card company for a chargeback. Avoid at all costs!!
When I arrived in the parking lot of the track, I could already here supercar engines which made me smile and got me excited. I chose the Lamborghini Huracan for my hot laps. The driver was really good and really nice! I asked him to scare me... Well, he definitely did! I underestimated the speed and acceleration of the car and came out shaking! One improvement would be more supercars!
Bunch of criminals!! They take your money and then never return your calls!! Reporting them to the Quebec government and contacting my credit card to report fraud. They fraud people!! Do not ever book with them!
My father got the facebook package online, it sounded too good to be true, so i read the reviews online. Reluctantly drove 1.5 hours to the race track to discover that most of the 1star reviews are very accurate. Only 3 cars to choose from each with at least 25 people already waiting in line when we arrived for the 2pm slot. 5-10 minutes per person on the track (depending on how many laps they purchased) minimum 3 hour wait time. Standing in the sun. No chairs. At least 20 people arrived in the line after us. Doubt they would get their laps before dark. Far too many people are booked for each time slot. More important for them to make non-refundable money instead of providing decent customer experience & satisfaction. We left after 2 hours with 22 people still in front if us.
