Worst customer service you can have - once they got you and sold their big RV, forget about good customer service - they can't even answer their phone.... They are not nice and they can't help you with anything that falls on your extended warranty - in other words, once it's sold, they don't care about you.... Keep that in mind when you're buying. It's a important purchase.... Should we have known that, we would not have bought there at all. - Sorry Monsieur Paquette, your statement below is completely false - we called all day on Tuesday May 14 and never tried to call on a Férié!!!! - don't try to minimize the comment please and accept it as it is. It just shows us how you care for your customers.... in lying! Thank you!
