Took the Acropole trail, I know it says 4-6 hours. My group took almost 6 hours, not everyone was fit. If you are not average fit, this might be hard or you won't even make it. MAKE SURE YOU GO TOILET BEFORE YOU GO UP AND BRING ABOUT 1.5L-2L OF WATER. THE TOILET ON TOP SMELLS. Travel light to make the hike easier. It's cold and windy at the top. The view is totally worth it. Bring extra socks in case you wet them. Also BUY ticket before going there.

Should book online in advance at Sepaq to enter the site! And also to do the Acropole des Draveurs hike. This review is more for that hike. It is a difficult/expert level hike with an 800m vertical drop. You spend the first 1.5hrs hiking up rocks like steps. I did the whole hike in running shoes and it was muddy and uneven surfaces, but still doable. It’s extremely windy at the top, so make sure you bring gloves/scarf and don’t blow away! It’s true what they say about the hike taking a total of 4-6hours. Depends on how long you stop and take your time at the top. At the top there are 3 summits, the 1st and 3rd are the better ones. I heard this hike gets pretty packed so I went in the early morning during a weekday and it was very quiet. I started to see more people in the afternoon. There is another outhouse toilet about 3km up the trail. The views are spectacular! After the hike, it’s worthwhile to stop by and checkout the dam since it’s close to the entrance of the hike.

This is an awesome place to see in autumn. They have canoes and bikes for rent, boat trips and treks and trails that are very popular with the locals. For the trek to the mountain tops, you should arrive earlier in order to get a parking spot near the entrance. Otherwise you'll have to park along the narrow road and walk along way back to the trek entrance. The whole ascend and descend would take about 4-6 hours.

Great hiking experience. Very nice view on the top, but there is a lot of wind at the summit which makes the weather cold. Could be quite challenging for people who are not physically active. Steps vary from stair step height or double the height.

One of the nicest parks in Canada, for sure. Hard to find something nicer or better supported by infrastructure. A gem.
