Further to the owners response, I should not have to request a left zipper slider, since ALL ZIPPERS HAVE LEFT HAND SLIDERS. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. In February 2020, I paid 64.96 to have the zipper on my winter jacket replaced. All the seamstress did was to change the slider from the left side of the zipper to the right side. Because the original zipper was damaged from constant use, I can't use the zipper. All zippered items I have ever owned have the slider on the left side. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I wore the jacker recently. I would not trust this seamstress with ANY item that I need repaired.

would give 0 stars if I could. This place had HORRIBLE customer service. Came in their store to have a dress for a wedding altered. the zipper was about in inch from closing and instead of the woman looking at the dress to see if she could extend the zipper using fabric from the dress after being shortened as the dress is currently too long, she just told me no and that I needed to diet. Went to another tailor after this and they were beyond professional and very pleasant to work with. They of course are able to fix my dress no problem. Do not waste your money on Saigon Custom Tailors!!

I had two pairs of jeans altered here and they were both hemmed too short and not tightened enough. While she was putting pins in my jeans I kept asking her to tighten them more and more and she said my legs were too big for them to be tight. Yes I have muscular calves which is why I wanted them tighter! Will not be back.
I noticed they are the one that open until 6 and Saturday. Pricing is on the higher side (unfortunately). Fast service! Thanks to other customers review, I give it a try. hmmm wow! she really knows what she was doing. Providing customized advice for you and your clothing material and fit! My polo shirts and now fit perfectly that I bought used online. Now I have found my alternative tailor in the city Thank you!
Extremely fast and friendly. I took in 4 pairs of uniform pants to be hemmed and repaired and had them back before the end of the day.
