I've done a number of Safe-Tech's courses over the years through my place of employment. The instructors have been great mixing professionalism with good communication; and adding a bit of lighter comical stories that many of us who have been driving forklifts can totally relate to. Some things we've seen, people just cannot believe or relate to since they have never driven a lift truck. I could easily sit down and have a beer with Glen, Gary or most recently Paul and share those head shaking stories. They make the lengthy courses more enjoyable and engaging. But aside from the giggles, the point is driven about the importance of operating the equipment professionally and the severity if abused. Likewise for handling dangerous goods which was my most recent course.
