This is a really cool store. This time, I went to look for a Dog... I realize that a purebred is more expensive, but I was shocked to not be able to find one for less than 3000! It was quite dissapointing to see that they were not catering to Mr and Mrs the average person desiring a Dog at an affordable price. C'mon safari, you must be able to do better than this?

Walked in with my daughter was first welcomed by a rude employee who obviously hates the job. Seems like the vibe of the whole store is to be rude and and not to care. Not one asked if I needed help. Honestly there are multiple pet stores in the area and they are all better. STOP TRYING TO BE A ZOO AND START ACTING LIKE A PET STORE

Vary Bad Experience!!!!!! I went to your store on September 05, 2020, to buy a new fish for my Aquarium, I told the lady what I already have 5 LED fishes and I have them for more than 9 months! I asked her that I need new and to can fit together and they can live in one tank. she shows me some and I pick up three. once I returned home and put them together I saw that they are fighting, next day in the morning I saw that one of them their fins are worn out. right away I tried to call the store but no one answer so I went to the website and I sent a message through the platform! I do it two times in the same day. without received any reply! The next day two of the new fishes died and the next day another two of my old fishes also die. I sent another email and the answer was to go to the store, I went on Thursday and I told the service customer the photos and what happened. the bad thing is how they spoke to me! they ignore how I was feeling to my fishes! and not care! the only thing they repeated is there is no guarantee in the fish. even that it does not cost a lot. It's mean a lot to me these fishes. I asked to spoke to the manager and the guy I don't know his name he said ti's me! unfortunately, he was unprofessional with me and he does not care to give a service to me. when I told him I need to spake with the supervisor or the owner he said you can't I'm the only one here even when I asked about the email or the contact information! if there is a problem with the safari website and the customer service didn't receive my all email this is not my problem!

Wonderful interior! Super fun for the kids. Usually we pass by just to look at the animals but this time we bought a budgie! The employee was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She spent about 30 minutes with us, helping others in between. She helped us leave with a very happy and fanny bird that our daughters love to have on their shoulders. I only hope their puppies and kittens are from reputable and responsible breeders.

My favorite pet store of all time! Such an amazing selection of exotic fish and other animals! The tortoises upstairs on the ship are so interesting to look at. I always purchase pet supplies here. I suggest this to anybody (no need to own a pet to come here because this place is unique in its own special way).

They have a wide selection of pet needs. Very helpful staff. Generally are quite competitive for pricing. Usually go here for fish and have the basic desires or needs you're looking for. If your looking for more 'interesting' fish this wouldnt be the right place.
