I was a shipper/ receiver. This place has potential to grow except they dont want change. They are using a DOS program from 1983 and paperwork that easily gets lost.The system & management in complete disarray.The product is not organized in a way that makes sense and if you try to make any changes, they say no.I worked my hardest there to the point that I had a back issue, tendinitis in my elbow and sprained my wrist and I never took time off for that and never claimed for it. And they end up firing me because the owner was having a bad day & dissagreed to what is going on in the back.(Unjust Cause).You are not allowed to make one single simple mistake, and yet the bosses can make a 10,000 mistake.Very poor management The people in the back are mistreated and unappreciated and have not gotten a raise in years even if they have more responsibility then when they started. They cannot keep people in the back for a reason. There is 0 training and blame you if you mess something up.They set you up to fail.5 star reviews posted by current employees Sketchy! I love this place and the staff is very smart. They 've always taken care of me often going out of their way for me. Amazing team. The owners are really the best people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Very highly recommended.
