My fiancé and I were looking to design a unique engagement ring but also to use some diamonds from a family heirloom. It was therefore important that we find a jeweller and designer we trusted and felt comfortable with. Upon the suggestion of a friend, we found exactly that in Albert and Andrew. Their warm and welcoming approach made us feel more like friends than clients. They were very friendly and accommodating, helping us to find the perfect sapphire that was also within budget. It was lovely to deal with a family business that has a notable history in the industry as well as a succession plan for the future. We highly recommend Saati Fine Jewellery.

Saati Fine Jewellery is a hidden gem in Toronto. A few years ago my husband was trying to find an engagement ring for me. At first he tried the go-to "brand name" jewellery stores where he was brushed off or pressured into compromising what he was looking for. Then he stumbled upon Saati Fine Jewellery a family owned business. The quality of service was beyond compare. When my husband had trouble finding the perfect ring they offered to customize the shape of the diamond into a heart (which was the perfect ring for me). When you go into a family owned business (Father and son) you know that they have put their hearts and souls into everything they do. They are friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and always make sure you are getting precisely what you wish for. They will work with your budget to find you the perfect peice of jewellery for any occasion big or small. Now they are our family Jewellery store and I highly recommend that you also make them yours, If you are looking for a jewellery store that will treat you like family and that you can completely trust. I've been going to Saati's Fine Jewellery for decades. We really like their designs, quality, and professionalism. And after seeing the jewellery that we've purchased from them, a number of family and friends also shop there now. It's a family run business that I like to support. Their prices are very reasonable, and they know their customers by name. I travel over an hour to get to this location, but I wouldn't trust my business with anyone else.

My husband and I are so lucky to have found this incredible Jewellery store. We recently got married and my husband got my engagement ring and wedding present (diamond earrings) from Saati Fine Jewellery and we also got our wedding rings from there. It is a family business and the owners are extremely welcoming, sincere and hospitable. Andrew and Albert helped my husband design the most beautiful engagement ring. It is absolutely stunning and everything I have ever wanted. These gentlemen have walked us through difficult decisions and have been very patient while we are making our selections.
