Highly recommend this company! They have shown patience and answered multiple questions we had, found the perfect container and then had a trucker delivery it who knew what he was doing. All in all a very positive experience. This is the place to go! thanks to Pam and Mark for contributing to the successful placement of our new container.
We have purchased 4 containers over the last decade, and have received top notch service from this business! Most recently we rented 3 containers that were delivered to our store for us to use while we renovated our interior. It was far more cost effective to have them deliver and remove containers for short term use, opposed to us shuttling furniture to an off site storage location. Thanks again for everything to date, I highly recommend this family owned operation!

Tried to get a quote over the phone so I could compare with other Shipping companies. The phone call was problematic. I was given several costs but no total, I asked if I could have a total to work with and the operator couldnt be bothered. I know I can do the math myself, but as a potential costumer I shouldn't have to be given homework - this attitude shakes my confidence in a business.
Horrible Customer Service: Here is what happened. 1 - I was given a quote for a container 2 - I called back and agreed on the quote and to purchase the container 3 - They sent me an invoice with a price 200 more than I was quoted 4 - I emailed and asked for it to be adjusted to the quoted price 5 - They emailed back and told me that they could not do it for the quoted price, and apologized for any misunderstanding 6 - I wrote back and jogged their memory about the quote, so they apologized and agreed to the quoted price 7 - I filled out the invoice they had sent me, where I put in my address and credit card info 8 - They booked the delivery 9 - I booked some people to help me at the time of the delivery 10 - They told me that I could not pay by credit card, despite the fact that this had never been mentioned, and that they had sent me a form that included a section for credit card info which I had spent my time to fill out 11 - I asked them to please accept the card given these circumstances 12 - They said no because it was too expensive for them and they would not make enough money 13 - I explained how it would be bad business to not accept the card at this point 14 - They cancelled the scheduled delivery of my container, throwing a loop in my plans, my helpers plans, our weekly schedule. On top of this, I had already cancelled my other warehouse so now I am in a real pickle. 15 - I called them on the phone to see how they could possibly think it would be ok to cancel a delivery under these circumstances. They said that they could see my point, and understand my frustration around such poor customer service, but that they would "lose money on the sale" (because of approx 100 in CC fees) so they refused to do it. 16 - I tried emailing a couple of times, but it was a frustrating waste of time. I hate to have to write this, but I really feel that they have left us no choice. Incredibly frustrating as a group of people who really value good customer service.
