The owner of Freedom Equestrian is the most disorganized and dishonest business manager I've ever encountered. We were not given a written agreement to board or horses. When we left she retained our entire deposit and did not provide any repair receipts. Many horse board clients have left upset and very suddenly over the past two months and we are taking our case to the better business bureau to claim our deposit. We paid 45 per hour for a licensed and insured coach and were passed off to uncertified teen coaches because the owner can't stand children. I'm very sad for the way this experience went. I hope the manager learns from these experiences in the future and learns how to run and honest business.
