The observatory and grounds are closed indefinitely due to covid. There is no access to the hill.

It is a great hidden view point if you want to see Victoria from a different perspective. I do highly recommend to visit it at least ones. If the gates of the Observatory are closed. You still can walk up there. Please be careful walking by yourself at night.
