Very happy with service and responses from all involved with getting my business. Additional star will be added once I access the facility to park my RV... and retrieve it successfully. Thanks again to Jason and Elizabeth. UPDATE: Yesterday evening, I was successfully able to easily deliver my RV to our designated parking space, accessing the site with my designated access code. All spots are large enough to open my trailer door and slide-outs to check and manage the trailer. I am a very happy customer.
I've been a customer since July 2015. I have a large class A rv. I was very happy at the previous location and am very happy at the current location. The current location is easy to access from all the major highways. The facility is perfect for any size rig, customer service is friendly and helpful, and your rig is safe. If you need 'peace of mind', it's a great place.
We originally had our trailer stored at a lot in Hamilton close to home . We were not comfortable leaving our trailer at the lot and began to search. We contacted RV Park and Go. They set up an appointment for us to come and check out the lot. we met with an employee who gave us a tour and showed us an available spot. The employee was very helpful and answered our questions. We have had our trailer parked at RV park and Go since March and could not be happier. We have peace of mind knowing that our trailer is safe and secure in the lot. Well worth the extra drive to get to the storage lot.
I am very happy with RV Park & Go. The lot is well maintained and the size of the space is perfect. The security features have instilled confidence that my trailer is safe and secure at all times. I can also go at any time and inspect. I found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful. I am renewing for another year and happy to do so !!
