Called because of a leak in my basement. Showed up within 20 minutes. Was very honest and as a result, didn't make a penny off me. It's so rare to come by people like that these days!! Came out promptly to give us a quote, told us everything to expect and included everything in the quote so there was no confusion. Their workers were all industrious as well as polite and respectful. Everyone worked hard to get the job done and every found crack was repaired before the rubber went on. I have a twenty year warranty that I feel very confident about having watched the job get done. I would highly recommend them for any job!
They were quick to provide a quote and great to fit us in when they did. The weather didn't cooperate but they worked hard to get done in time and sent me photos showing all the steps they took. The peace of mind from having this done is priceless (although the cost was very reasonable). I would definitely recommend John and company!
Guys did a great job, showing up every day - including weekends to get the job done. Ours had to be done entirely by hand. The work was efficient and best of all it is a thorough job complete with crack repairs, two coats of rubber a membrane and sump pump. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your needs.
