Parts and Service department is excellent! Migdalia helped me with ordering parts. Now its twice in a month. Her customer service is excellent as well as her professionalism in what she does. If I had an option to give less than 1 star i would. Im working for foreign company opening few Cafes in Vancouver and we tried to get a quote for estimated of 300k equipment from Russel Hendrix assuming they are larger company and potentially more professional team. We sent them model numbers and exact equipment specs with design of the resturant and everything. As soon as they Received the specs and orders they are all gone! Very unprofessional that wont even respond to customer email or call to say they are not able to supply! And when they respond they keep saying tomorrow and that tomorrow will never come. We are absolutely unsatisfied and sorry to even waste 2 months of our time trying to work with bunch of unprofessional people.
