I have the highest praise and regard for Rob Rusland and his team. They did an exceptional job of sorting through the myriad contents of a two-storey house. Their handling and appreciation of the possessions was heartwarming; such respect was shown. As well, I was thrilled with the results of the online auction.

This multi-generational family run business is a pleasure to deal with. Their organizing skills, professionalism and friendly service are evident from the online catalogue listings to pickup. Ruslands is a transparent and impeccably honest run auction; the registration process is a contract to pay a winning bid and contact the business for alternate pickup should that be necessary. I would call Ruslands before Ghostbusters any day!
Unprofessional company. After not agreeing to wait 2 weeks for payment for a \u003e5k item they told me they were canceling the sale. A month later the owner randomly charged my bank account for 800 and stated that I still owed him the remaining 4200. I went along and paid the 4200 over the next 3 wk period. After payment, the owner refused to ship the item to me for over 2 weeks so I had to file a dispute with my CC company. Makes me wonder if he ever had the painting in his possession in the first place. Avoid this company!! Update: I filed for CC claim in the exact amount of time that I was given before Rusland auction filed their claim with HiBid - 2 weeks. Seems that this company cannot take what they dish out. Additionally, the owner has cussed me out and hung up on me multiple times when I’ve inquired about refunding money. This guy is extremely unprofessional, avoid at all costs
Rusland's have helped me move twice now, as well as selling (and delivering) a new desk that I won at auction. In every instance, they were polite, efficient, and accommodating. Rob is honest, straight-forward, and his experience really shows. Cannot recommend them enough!
