Poor customer service. Their response took 2 weeks and 2 attempts. We requested a copy of our property survey from them because it was illegible (we were trying to determine our property lines from strata next door). I tried our Municipal office but because it is copyrighted, they couldn't help and directed us to the surveyor, Runnall. Apparently the original surveyor (R R Runnall) has retired so they wouldn't help me. So? Can the company not stand behind their work? Totally unwilling to help.
