Wanted to get a storm door for front of our house. They don't stock anything, said their guy who orders big stuff would call Monday with possible choices. 6 weeks later not a single word. Went back in to get some small stuff and talked to the owner, told her what happened and she was very apologetic. So sorry he will call you Monday morning, had no idea what happened. We still need a storm door. Left all the information again and 3 weeks later not a single word. No email, no call nothing. Customer service is a joke. Obviously not a high priority to talk to customers and see about helping them. Would rate lower than 1 star if possible. Really no stars is better.
