Beautiful store setup. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly. The owner is so helpful and patient, you never feel rushed. Jewelry is beyond beautiful and prices are very reasonable. Soheil was able to provide some of the best customer service out there. He was able to engrave a watch I was giving as a gift when I couldn’t find anyone to do it during COVID. There was a small mistake at pick up and he offered to get in his car and drive the part I forgot to my front door IN THE MIDDLE OF A SNOWSTORM! The customer service was above and beyond what I could have expected. I would recommend his store to anyone I know looking for engraving!

Spent over 10,000 in this store. One day I walked into Soheil’s store to check my gold necklace and gold bracelet I bought. 18k both necklace and bracelet. He gave me a good price no doubt. I wasn’t mad or upset, very calm, just simply wanted to confirm what I got was what we agreed upon. I was actually getting him to fix an older gold necklace I have. I walked back into his store after going home and getting my bracelet for him to check. He snaps and says he doesn’t want to do business with me ever again. Hands me back my necklace I originally went in there to fix. I couldn’t believe it. He was nice to me when I was spending money and buying things in his store, then without hesitation he kicks me out of his store and says we will never do business with me again because I don’t “trust him?” That is NOT how you treat someone who just spent 10,000 in your store over a years time. I’m sorry this man does not know how to do business. Will never spend another dime in this store and I have told everyone who asks me where I got my necklace and bracelet that it’s from Italy because I refuse to refer him business. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY.
