I came to know Raquel as she has planned many corporate events for my father's company. I've always known her to be an exceptional person - kind, friendly, always smiling, never stressed, eager to please, hard worker. She loves what she does and she's very very good at it! I know first hand as I not only saw her organize many corporate events for up to 500 people but I saw first hand what an amazing planner she is when she planned my covid19 wedding. The number of changes we had to make, some at the very last minute, had my head spinning. But Raquel was always calm and collected throughout. She always made me feel better when I was on the edge of cracking. She assured me my wedding day would be the best day of my life, whether I had 10 guests or 100 guests and she was right! From the moment my fiance and I hired her, she was always there for us. She replies to emails and phone calls promptly and always had us on track. We could not have gotten through our wedding day, or the planning stage, without her!! She is honestly one of the best professionals I have ever met and worked with. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone planning an event.

Where do I begin about Raquel!? She is an amazing wedding planner who helped us plan the wedding of our dreams despite a global pandemic! We planned this wedding three times due to government guidelines constantly changing (150 people, to 50 people, to 10!). Despite all of this, she remained calm, organized, and supportive--all with a smile on. She helped us renegotiate vendor contracts, redo schedules, explain our options, and communicate with everyone involved. We couldn't have done this without her. She tried so hard for us and really exceeded our expectations. Raquel genuinely cares about her brides/grooms and constantly checks in and is always available to chat. She wants them to be happy even if it means more work for her. This quality is really important in a planner. The wedding day was perfect and all we had to do was show up! I had 100% confidence that Raquel was taking care of every detail behind the scenes. She was great and we cant wait to use her again for future parties! -Hayley & Aaron
We are SO lucky and grateful that we had the chance to work with Raquel when planning our wedding this year. For a year, she was consistently available whenever we had any questions and to guide us through the crazy process of planning a wedding. When our initial wedding had to be cancelled due to COVID 19, we were very stressed and nervous. Lucky for us, we had the most amazing wedding planner by our side. Raquel made a very hard situation feel much less daunting, and always with a smile. Whenever any issue came up, she was full of wonderful ideas and helped us get through it calmly, including changing our venue a few times even up to a few weeks before the wedding! It is very clear how much experience Raquel has which made the whole process that much smoother. We feel extremely fortunate that we had her on our team, and really couldn't have done it without her! I highly recommend Raquel for any of your events as her patience, kindness, efficiency and organization made her a perfect fit!
Raquel was so wonderful to work with. We had to plan our wedding while navigating Covid-19 and Raquel was there to support and help us the whole way through. She was available to us at anytime, and was there to talk and problem solve through every obstacle whether big or small. The wedding we had was different than what we originally planned, but is was even more beautiful and perfect than we could have ever imagined thanks to the creativity, organization and support and we had from Raquel. Never was it more important to have a Bridal Consultant than during these Crazy Covid times. I can tell you that Raquel exceeded our expectations on every level during these unprecedented times organizing and rebooking my daughters wedding not once but 3 times. Raquel had us keeping our cool every step of the way and offered solutions before we finished explaining the problem. She was FANTASTIC !! Her concern EVERY step of the way is that the Bride have NO stress. She was sure to let the parents know that any thing stressful should come to her NOT the Bride and Groom and was so patient with any and all of our rants . In the end my only daughters Wedding exceeded Our expectations. All thanks to Raquel at RSG Events!! We could not have gotten through it without her.
