Very bad services, I do not recommend this store. Last Friday I decided to buy cigars local (to help the community) and stop going to First nation, Caledonia. Looks like I made a big mistake, I bought cigars and a torch lighter. When I got home I noticed that it was 1/4 gas in the lighter. The first impression was that it was leaking gas and I went back to change it. The cashier surprised me with the answer. WE DON'T CHANGE IT. I tried to explain that I am not happy with what I have and I want to change it with a similar lighter. I didn't ask to refill the lighter. She kept NO so badly, I was so disappointed. I gave the lighter back without taking the money back ( 22.50). I don't want to keep anything from their store. Very disappointed with the local store.

A descent place to get your cigars from if you have a particular taste for the varieties they sell. A simple but well maintained humidor cabinet. Prices are ok as we should not forget that they are a business and have to pay rent & taxes. Customer service is an A. Store times are very convenient.

Pipe tobacco was dried out. Made the taste of it worse even after I added some humidity to it for a while.
