We have been with Royal Storage for about 4-5 years now and have never been happier. Both Callie and Sara have been exceptionally courteous, helpful, and have graciously accommodated our needs. Both my daughter and I hold a unit each and have always found our units properly acclimatized, one for indoor and one for outdoor. They are exceptional clean and the facilities well maintained and have the best security I have encountered so far. The rates are very fair. Royal Storage has the best customer service that I have ever received from a storage company. You are always hesitant when it comes to certain businesses and Royal Storage has given me so much confidence. I felt especially safe during the COVID-19 Pandemic!
