My husband got injured in July and needs help with his daily life. After google search I found Royal Home Caregivers and talked to Kennedy on the weekend. He was very professional, efficient and caring. The next Monday he sent Jen - a smiling lady to my house. She helped my husband when needed and also worked hard to keep our house neat and clean. Royal home service exceeded my expectation and the rate is reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs help. Thank you guys!
From the moment I called Royal Home caregivers, the customer service was excellent. The care giver they provided was excellent, She was always early despite the weather she would to be at my door very friendly and respectful. I had a very good experience with them. I work in health care I know what this means , well trained to do the work. I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a caregiver to care for their loved one. Believe me I know a good care provider when I see one. Go for them you will be happy.
Royal Home Caregivers have a very simplified but efficient process. RHC was able to process are paperwork in less the 48 hours and have their caregiver in our loved one's home. They also maintain the same caregiver and the clients doesn't have to deal with new caregivers every other day. I highly recommend them for in home care!
