I love the area and especially the office staff name Leena the Lessing agent ,she is a great employee there ! I'll have to get some flowers or chocolate for her kindness and being real and caring about the company and the tenants needs ! This property management company is really awful. I am super disappointed... they will give the standard “oh we care”, however, many tenants can tell you exactly what this property is actually like. It is actually embarrassing to have people here. During regular business hours the cleaning and maintenance staff work hard and their quality of work is exceptional. This is why they get the star at all. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have in regards to the truth about what we encounter as a community::::,. Royal Heights is an alright place, walls are super thin though so you can literally here everything. My main concern though is with Boardwalk itself. They really need to properly train their staff especially with the building manager. It seems like they will just throw anyone in that position at any time. For instance I'll have a really good relationship with one building manager but then the next day they are gone without no warning or anything. They will switch \landlords\ out like no tomorrow meaning all the work you put in to be in good standing with your building manager at the time is basically out the window. Example I unfortunately misplaced my keys and the person down in the office didn't know what she was doing, was on the phone with some other building manager from a different building trying to figure things out even before I got there I've lives in Tower Hill before, they do the same thing but at least they give notice to each Tennant when someone gets replaced in the office. Not at all impressed
