Fast, prompt service. The driver was very professional and nice. I would give 4.5 but no option for that .
My friends and I both had our cars stuck in the snow when Chris came as our CAA hero and helped us all out in under 15 minutes. Chris was a very professional and kind man who even cracked a few jokes to lighten the situation. I'd get my car stuck again just to hang out with Chris some more.

Insurance told us to take our car for repairs, we were told it would be all toyota replacement parts. 2 years after the repairs, there were rust holes in the front of the hood. Obviously from a wrecking yard, air didn't work from the time we got it back, they recharged it, the next year it was out of warranty , found out it was the condenser, which had a dent in it, and they billed insurance for it. Would NOT recommend them for anything. And if you at Rowe want to reply I will post the pics. As well as the bill to insurance for the condenser that you say was replaced, as well as a few other things that were billed and not done.
