I have had Rotostatic clean my carpets many times and always had excellent service and the job was well done. Today I called with an emergency spill and within one hour they were here. It would be very hard to find the large red wine stain on the light beige carpet that was there. Courteous and efficient....thanks guys for a job well done.

I have no problem with stains staying what they are - stains. My problem is with the "stain removal guarantee" that is false.
