Unfortunately my experience with their service dept was not good. I found the service to be cursory at best. It was necessary for me to bring the chainsaw into another dealer for a full diagnosis, paying twice for the service. Disappointing.

Hooked N' Travel: Travel, Fishing, and the Outdoors

Absolutley horrible customer service. Worst I have ever seen. I bought a bush hog from them 2 years ago. I need a replacement part for it. Went in their twice two weeks apart and they said they would get it. Called them once a week for 3 months. Still no service. Just lying through their teeth about being on the phone and figuring it out. Got to the point they didn't even remember talking to me. Same Lady. They Don't care about repeat business. I would never recommend this store in anybody in the tractor business. Absolutley unreliable. Talked to alot of farmers in the area and they avoid them like the plague. They all hate this home hardware. They have lost me for good. I will continue to spread the word on how bad they are like all the local farmers.
