Beautifully updated hotel, very comfortable bed, no noise transfer so nice quiet room, well kept hot tub and gym. But best of all is the people. The front desk staff were by far the most wonderful staff I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Will be back.

Overall my experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The room was clean when I got there and the bed was very comfortable. I was also able to enjoy the gym and spa which were excellent amenities. The hotel's ability to operate so well and offer a great experience during a pandemic is extraordinary! The only complaint I have is that after the second night of my stay, my room was not attended to by the staff responsible for cleaning the room and replenishing the little amenities. Other than that I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and it definitely deserves 5 stars!

When we were here it was very nice a quiet. Rooms were great and one of the few I've stayed at that actually had HD TV and AC that works. Unfortunately, our room had a view of the parking lot. We also tried Gabriella's Restaurant for dinner. Not good for the price, 2 star at best. My medium rare steak was well done, cooked brown all the way through, and my g/f pastas was mushy.

Great location in the heart of Rossland just steps from restaurants and the brewery. Quick drive to the base of Red mountain.

Fantastic. An organization I'm with had it's annual general meeting here. They were fantastic. The room and setup were great, and the food was delicious.
