WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Bad experiences two times in a roll. FIrst time I went, I wanted to purchase a pair of winter gloves. I walked up to cashier, a young Indian lady was on her phone texting. She obviously saw me. However, she made me stood there holding my item while she finished with her texting. There was another Asian man who was busy helping another customer saw the situation and gave her a look. That was when she put down the phone and helped me with the check out. During the check out while she was waiting for the system to process, she picked up her phone again. I could see her chat on her phone. They were not talking about anything important. I thought that "wow.. they need to hire someone new". I didn't say anything. I just left. Second time is today. I walked into the store, saw no one at the store front. Then I saw two Indian girls sitting at the end of the staff room chatting and laughing loudly. They saw me while I was looking through the items. They did not come out from the room. They did not greet and they did not offer any assistance. 5 minutes pass, another female customer came in. She needed help, so she said "excuse me" 3 times. The two girls were chatting/ laughing so loud that they could not hear her. So I repeated it for her with a louder voice. One of the ladies came out and finally assisted the woman. Then 2 minutes later, she immediately went back into the staff room continuing their conversation. This time, they closed the door. Then 4 more people walked into the store, one of the customer thought the others must be the salesperson because there were no body else in store. I had to tell her that they were not, and all the staffs were hiding in the backroom. Honestly, I could've walked out with five 800 coats in my arm today and no one would notice. I enjoy Rossignol products. It pains me to see that the hire such terrible sales people to represent the company.
No enough selections in store, disappointed
