I'm not sure what the hype about this store is but after visiting one too many times I've come to the fair conclusion that this place is a money trap. Their prices are equivalent to that of a large chain retailer, there is a no exchange no return no refund policy. Whatever you buy, you're stuck with it. The shopping locations are dirty and dusty and are in dire need of some serious house keeping. They offer limited warranty on appliances they sell so do your research before buying and getting stuck with an item. You do find the one off good deal here and there but most of their items are overpriced for this type of business. I have personally witnessed the staff talk badly about customers who bought items and it didn't work amd was requesting another item. They also have an online auction in which people go crazy and overpay for the simplest items. For example I bought a tray for 25 from them and they auctioned off one just like it which sold for 37 tax 10% buyers premium. Incredible right! Also unlike other auction sites who show their registered user ID for the bidding history, this company DOES NOT (huge red flags people) for all you know its them bidding against you and not another bidder. This is honestly the type of business I wouldn't give a single cent to. If you're into shopping at junk yards to save a couple bucks and not have the freedom to return or refund, this is your joint.

You really have to know pricing if you stop here. A lot of items are over retail price, even though they are not retail quality. Looked for a single mattress and they never had any, kept being told more were coming in. Months and it never happened. Found brand new quality mattress, delivered to my door for 1/3rd the price from, believe it or not, Home Depot online.
It was really outrageous with warranty part. We got a fridge 3-month ago, and it was leaking from the bottom recently. You have no idea how hard to contact with them. We phoned them like 5 times a day, after trying 3 days, finally a guy picked it up, and conversation was really short. He did not even asked my name, only said are you in the town. I said NO. He hang up with me telling me he would call me back. NEVER RECEIVED CALL BAKE. We have no choice but going to that store one week after, coz we were waiting the call back, and tried several times during that week; and on one answer the phone. And no warranty at all, and they chose the dirty way to do their business, and they should deserve ZERO rating. If you are looking for honest business, do not go there. Coz you might experience what I have experienced. Why this kind of store still open? Big question mark.
First of all, I had to register to purchase which was very glitchy and had to call store a email a few times to verify.I purchased a dishwasher after verification. My husband and son drove a half hr in horrible weather to pick up..they sold it to someone else before they got there.They tried to convince them to purchase another for 1000ish ( paid 450).They said they emailed ..they didn't .We did get money back but a very frustrating experience..never again.
Best deals and great staff. Love my patio furniture.
Over priced, if you're really looking to save a few bucks go to the burlington store.
Can always find great stuff in lower price
They have a huge selection of furniture and appliances. You are able to walk around and find your treasure. Prices are low...may be damaged so keep your eyes open.
