Our young family had outgrown our small heritage style home so we decided to do an extensive addition, adding on a garage, master bedroom and ensuite, laundry room, new foyer and kids bathroom. The back roof line was also altered to support higher ceilings and a back deck. We hired Pieter to manage the construction of our complete project after reading about his attention to detail and quality. One of our biggest concerns was to have the new addition tie in very well with the existing style of our 1940's Craftsman home. Pieter was very professional and made sure the trades were held accountable for timely work and a job well done. When other building projects in the area ground to a halt, the progress on our home continued thanks to Pieters' planning and foresight. We were pleased to find him reliable and quick to respond, easy to communicate with and always willing to come up with good solutions to unforseen challenges. It is evident that he is a man of integrity and takes great pride in his work. We are very pleased with the final result! Our new addition blends seamlessly with our original home and we have truly enjoyed it to the fullest. Pieter did a great job finding materials that closely resembled the original character (stone to match the original masonry, for example) and really grasped our needs and preferences and made our dream renovation a reality. This attention to detail and quality has earned us a great deal of compliments from neighbours and friends and we love our home more than ever!

Pieter and Texo Pacific Construction was an absolute pleasure to work with. We met, discussed my project, went through the details, agreed on a price and a timeline and everything was done according to the plan. We made some minor changes during the project and Pieter was more than accommodating. Pieter was very professional throughout the project and everything was neat and tidy and completely cleaned up when all was said and done. Texo pacific did a great job getting this project done quickly and with a high level of professionalism. They completed the job(re stabilizing a small cottage) as well as tended to a few extras before leaving site, as well as did a walk through of all the work they did.
