I wish I could give a zero star rating. During this pandemic rosebush has been the only company who refuses to work with us. I run a small family owned restaurant that unfortunately had to close for 4 months until phase 3 was announced. Every other company attempted to work with us as we had no revenue coming in so it was impossible to pay our bills until we were allowed to open again. Rosebush on the other hand just kept tacking more and more interest on the bill making it impossible to pay all at once. We switched companies and arranged a payment plan for the remaining balance, as we had no intention of not paying the amount just needed some understanding with the current situation of the world. However they are still tacking on more interest so the agreed upon payment schedule won't cover the amount. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great Service. they even bought the oil left over from my old furnace. The Propane delivery truck are not too big. Therefore you likely won't need to worry about too much weight on your driveway. The installers, the delivery people and the people on the phone seem to enjoy their job. Happy employees create happy customers.
We switch a year ago from Levac to Rosebush and could not be more pleased with their service. Salesmen, office clerks, delivery men were very pleasant to work with. We never had issues with running out of propane. We were able to lock in the price of propane at a very good price and they are matching it again this year. Terrific company all way round.
I’ve enjoyed Rosebush since they took over from CanAm in our district. They respond promptly to inquiries and they have A REAL PERSON on the telephone line! I’ve just set up equal billing as we are away during the winter but I’d like to hear more about lock-in pricing. From a happy customer!
Prompt service on both sides - equipment and fuel. We had our furnace and AC installed by Rosebush and they are our propane supplier. The techs are friendly and competent, and the office staff is very helpful. Always a positive experience!
