Thank you Rooter-Man! Best plumbers ever. Only 2 days after we moved in our newly purchased house and we got the water flooding our basement. I called Rooter Man and Alex showed up at our door in less than one hour for the initial diagnosis. He did a camera inspection and advised that the old clay pipe collapsed due to roots infiltration. Rooter- Man was able to give us a rush appointment, solved the issue in less than one day. Stephen managed the work in a professional and dedicated manner. I want to emphasize that the professional attitude and the detailed explanations I received from Stephen while the work was going on helped me get over the shock I had when I noticed the magnitude of the issue with the pipes. Rooter-Man was recommended to us by a friend who had the same issue and they proved to be up to the highest standards.

Rooter-man Plumbers totally saved the day from an emergency sewer line backup. Originally called Mr Rooter, the technician attempted to clear the backup, but failed to do so, he said there was debris in the sewer line that couldn't be cleared, and it required a replacement. They charged 450 for a snaking and didn't even clear the sewer line backup. But a friend of ours recommended we try Rooterman Plumbers for a second opinion. Their technician was amazing, he cleared the line within 45 minutes and did a video camera inspection before and afterwards, which showed that there were tree roots growing into the sewer line, which can sometimes allow small debris into the sewer line, causing a backup right up to the main drain. The technician did a snaking, cut the roots and cleared the debris with ease. The technician did mention that a sewer line backup would likely happen again in a year or possibly sooner because of the type of tree roots what were growing on the property, and most likely would require replacement, but there was no rush. He also mentioned that sewer repairs and replacement is something they do regularly, they even have their own excavation crew, so they could offer very competitive cost and we wouldn't have to hire any other contractors. Their regular rate for a sewer line snaking and camera inspection service was 399 (which was still cheaper than Mr Rooter), but the technician said there was a promotion during the covid pandemic for 199, which we didn't even ask for a discount, he just offered out of kindness. What an outstanding company, the level of professionalism, honesty, knowledge and compassion that you get from Rooterman Plumbers simply cannot be matched.

Don't go to this plumber. Too overprice. Emergency call, one hour work to install toilet valve. Charge around 600!!!! Call office, they said they did not charge per hour, they charge for project. One hour over 500!!!
