Nice people work here. Good store. But online orders for pickup take a VERY long time to prepare. They say 48 hours but that is not true. It's a tiny little item. It's in stock in the store. Why does it take so long to fetch it and put it in a bag? Last time I ordered a dolly two weeks before I had to move and it was not ready in time. System is screwed up.

Staff is friendly and always helpful. That's one of the number one reason i love going to Rona There are many other fine things about Rona (lovely bathroom decor, kitchen etc)

I usually have to go to Canadian Tire because I can't find what I need. I have no issues with the staff and it's a clean store, but I wish they stocked more stuff people actually need rather than 25% of the store being lawn gnomes and fake plants.

I really wish there was a better hardware store in Verdun.

This is the only place in Montreal where i have felt an attitude towards minorities. Rude and discriminatory staff. All of my friends have the same opinion. We are all very polite, not loud people. I don't understand the behaviour over and over again. They even look at your bags and almost snatch them from you to check them. We are not thieves!!!!! You tend to suspect someone else what you are yourself. Anyway, i won't visit any more. Pharmaprix and metro are nearby and are a delight to visit

This place has been part of Verdun forever. A long time ago it was a Pascal. A few years ago it changed owners. They expanded to the second floor and jam packed it with so much stuff. It's kind of hard to navigate and find things but the fact that there's more available is nice. A lot of the staff is inexperienced but there's a few people downstairs that have been there a long time and know what they're talking about.

Super terrible customer service by two rude middle-aged man and woman and not to say how they were hypocrite. The smell of cigarette inside the store is terrible as some employees smoke near the backdoor. This store is truly not recommended. Better to go to Home Depot or Canadian Tire.
