Friendly staff. I went to Co-op Hardware store and was looking for a specific spray paint. They didn't have it. And then there was this guy (an employee from Rona) offering me to drive back to Rona and sell it to me after their closing time. That's some real Canadian Friendliness. They will help any customer with all they can!

Went there last fall for brown treated lumber but they were sold out, but everywhere else had it. And yesterday went for regular drywall, sold out??? But available everywhere else?? Not going to bother ever going back there
My sump pump went at the worst possible time, call in to see what's available. Guy I spoke to delivers it to my house after work as it was closing time. Great service!
