The store was great. Accommodating sales people and a great appliances department specifically. The delivery of appliances could use some improvement as I had a couple of calls saying the item would be delivered the next day where nothing showed up. Store and delivery company each had to be called on a few occasions to help resolve the issue eventually, but an in-house distribution staff would benefit them greatly as the third-party method leads to a lot of back and forth for the customer.

Great service
If you’re looking for the “take it or leave it” version of Lowes, this is your store. Minimal selection, but good for the oddity. Staff isn’t the greatest, except for the older gent in the plumbing department, he’s knowledgeable and always eager to help (5 stars for him)
I'll always go to Rona before Home Depot, prices tend to be better and it's not lining the pockets of a bigoted American family
