What an incredible curb side pick up experience! They were willing to walk through the store, send photos of products and answer all my questions just to make sure I was picking up what I needed. They even brought options to my car so I could confirm before paying. Very quick pick up, all while practicing safe physical distancing protocols. Thanks Chelsey for being so accommodating!!

Incredible customer service, friendly and helpful staff and over the years we have gotten some amazing deals on everything from kayaks and stand up boards to tools and reno supplies, and beautiful home decor!! Hubby is drawn to the isles of tools of course but I love the unique and beautiful home decor section the best!! We definately recommend
TODAY I WENT TO RONA IN GODERICH FOR A WEB ORDER PICK-UP, I HAD THE WRONG ORDER # AND THE 2 GENTLEMEN, ONE SEARCHED THE ORDERS THE OTHER FOR THE ITEM (THE ITEM WAS ONLY 3 SS SCREWS), AND THEY MADE IT HAPPEN, WHAT GREAT GUYS AT RONA HERE IN GODERICH!
